Because these products have been previously used, LOFT cannot guarantee that all servicing and maintenance have been performed correctly. Preventative maintenance is always recommended for watches and jewelry purchased on-site to ensure their longevity and accuracy.

Our watch, leather, and jewelry products are delivered in person. Once the receipt has been signed, LOFT does not accept exchanges or returns of these products.

LOFT undertakes to make its best efforts to investigate and verify that the seller's ownership of these goods was legally and legitimately acquired, but offers no legal or financial guarantees, nor is it responsible for any problems that may arise from the seller's illegal acquisition of the goods.
